Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited (“Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group”, “the Group” or “the Company”; SEHK stock code: 1929), a Hong Kong Main Board listed company with over 90 years of heritage, once again collaborates with Teach For China to promote rural education in Mainland China, following last year’s co-launch of the “Love Begins Here” programme. With this year’s theme of “Dreams”, “Love Begins Here” uses the power of dreams, home and blessings to inspire children in rural villages and support outstanding youth in realising their aspirations.
The “Love Begins Here” programme hopes that children could feel the warmth of “home”. Home is the first school in life, and school is the second “home” for every child. Children’s growth is a journey of constant exploration and progress. Teachers with patience and care will nurture the growth of students and fill this home with warmth. Through the transmission of love and knowledge, children's dreams could be realised.

Teach For China selects Chinese youths with a strong will for education and provides them with continuous training and support, whilst Fellows may attain personal growth and self-improvement when assisting the children’s holistic development.

In the 2021-2022 school year, with the support of Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group, Teach For China has placed 28 Fellows to 9 rural schools in Guangdong Province and Fujian Province. In the fall semester alone, they have taught more than 9,000 lessons for approximately 900 students in rural villages. In addition to regular teaching classes, Teach For China Fellows also conducted extra curriculars such as reading, art, physical and mental health activities, to foster positive development of students, local teachers, schools and rural communities.
