Upholding a positive and caring attitude of "Do Good Feel Good", the Group has been dedicated to promoting the development of the next generation of Hong Kong. Being the Principal Sponsor and Co-organiser of "YO! Let's Walk the Road 2016" fundraising charity walk this year, Chow Tai Fook Executive Director, Peter Suen presented a HK$300,000 cheque on behalf of the Group to Youth Outreach. Secretary for Labour and Welfare Bureau, Matthew Cheung served as the representative to receive the cheque, and officiated the cheque presentation ceremony together with the President of Youth Outreach, King-chi Au, and Managing Director of Chow Tai Fook and Chairman of Fundraising Committee cum Vice President of Youth Outreach, Kent Wong. The event also invited Secretary for Labour and Welfare Bureau, Matthew Cheung, Deputy Director of Social Welfare Department (Services), Ka-tai Lam, Eastern and Wan Chai District Social Welfare Officer of Social Welfare Department, Hannah Yip and representative of the Hong Kong Marathon team at the Rio 2016 Olympics, Christy Yiu, to be the officiating guests of the kick-off ceremony.

Over 500 Chow Tai Fook colleagues, customers and their relatives and friends participated in the event. The charity walk started at Pak Shek Kok Promenade and finished at Tai Po Yuen Chau Tsai Park. Approximately 1,000 participants attended the event and over HK$1.9 million was raised for Youth Outreach.
