Hearts On Fire University, a three-day industry learning and training event was held in Las Vegas, the United States from 8 to 11 October. The event attracted approximately 400 participants including staff and retail partners of Hearts On Fire from all over the world. Held every two years, this year the training included courses from personal goal setting to products and brand orientation for enhancing participants' professional expertise on business.

Michael Phelps, the Olympic gold medalist in swimming, was also invited to share his "Dream • Plan • Reach" as one of the keynote speakers. Mr. and Mrs. Rothman, the founder of Hearts On Fire, participated in the event and presented the awards to retail partners with outstanding sales performance. Chow Tai Fook Managing Director Kent Wong also shared the latest industry trend and future development of Hearts On Fire.
