Chow Tai Fook Managing Director Mr. Kent Wong was honoured with "Professional Leader Legacy Award" by the Legacy Academy at Legacy Award 2017 to recognise him as a role model of professional leader in thriving the business of Chow Tai Fook by retaining the family culture and vision. The ceremony was presided by the Honorable Mr. Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, Chief Secretary for Administration, HKSAR and Prof. Timothy W. Tong, president of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Kent joined Chow Tai Fook in 1977 and has served the company for 40 years. He was appointed as managing director of the Group in 2011 and responsible for the overall management of the Group. Under his leadership, Chow Tai Fook grew rapidly in Mainland China and successfully expanded its footprint in the international market. The Group currently has over 2,400 POS spanning over China, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and the United States. With a people-oriented, pragmatic and innovative spirit, Kent is trusted by the Company and his fellow colleagues.
