Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group values talent trainings and people developments, and strives to nurture young talents for the sustainable development of the Group and jewellery industry as a whole. "Smart Experience" Summer Internship Programme is a unique programme designed to enrich young and bold talents through exposure to a series of well-structured trainings, on-the-job experiences and participation in meaningful projects, so as to equip and prepare them for their future career.

This year, 13 students from Hong Kong tertiary institutions were admitted to a two-month ‘Smart Experience’ Summer Internship Programme. Our interns shared their insights and internship experience at the closing ceremony on 16 August. They also expressed their creative ideas on the industry’s innovative projects.
