MS. WONG CHING-YING, BELINDA

Ms. Wong Ching-Ying, Belinda, was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company in September 2025 and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Sustainability Committee of the Company.

Ms. Wong is widely recognised across Greater China and Asia Pacific for her extraordinary retail expertise, transformative leadership, and deep passion for people, brand development, and growth strategy. Ms. Wong is the former Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of Starbucks China. From 2011 to January 2025, she had propelled the company through an extraordinary period of growth, significantly expanding its retail network, solidifying China as the largest international market and the heart of the international strategy for Starbucks, pioneering innovation in retail and customer experience as well as digitalisation, leading the creation of an omni-channel business model, and building a loyalty programme with nearly 150 million members. Previously, Ms. Wong had also served in diverse leadership roles, including Marketing Director for Starbucks Asia Pacific, Managing Director of Starbucks Singapore, and General Manager of Starbucks Hong Kong, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to retail excellence, innovative thinking, and the power of people to drive bold, purpose-driven growth.

Ms. Wong is an independent non-executive director of Hysan Development Company Limited, a listed public company in Hong Kong and an independent director of Canada Goose Holdings Inc., a company publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange. She was an independent non-executive director of Television Broadcasts Limited, a public listed company in Hong Kong, from December 2019 to May 2023.

Ms. Wong regularly appears on Forbes’ and Fortune’s lists of most powerful businesswomen. In 2020, she received the “Magnolia Gold Award” from the Shanghai Municipal Government for her contributions to the city’s development.

Ms. Wong serves on the Faculty Advisory Board at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business. She graduated from the University of British Columbia in Canada with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in finance.
