CLOUDSALES 365: STRENGTHEN CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT THROUGH SOCIAL NETWORK

In early 2020, Chow Tai Fook introduced the use of CloudSales 365, a mini-programme built upon WeChat Work platform, to connect our eShop and customers, as well as to equip our staff with a simple yet comprehensive customer management tool. CloudSales 365 allows our staff to communicate with and assist our customers anytime anywhere, offering a round-the-clock shopping experience with human touch through mobile devices. Frontline staff in our self-operated and franchised stores reached over 8 million customers via CloudSales 365 by sending product promotions to build a close connection and rapport with customers.

By cultivating a stronger private domain ecosystem and establishing closer ties between customers and Chow Tai Fook, our customers are willing to spend more on “Cloudsales 365” which offers personalised shopping recommendations than the general e-commerce platforms.
