CLOUDSALES 365: STRENGTHEN CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT THROUGH SOCIAL NETWORK

Social networking is a new driver of e-shopping nowadays and a powerful channel for retailers to stay connected with their customers. In early 2020, Chow Tai Fook introduced the use of CloudSales 365, a mini-programme built upon WeChat Work platform, to connect our eShop and customers, as well as to equip our staff with a simple yet comprehensive customer management tool. CloudSales 365 allows our staff to communicate with and assist our customers anytime anywhere, offering a round-the-clock shopping experience with human touch through mobile devices. More than 40,000 staff in our self-operated and franchised stores reached over 5 million customers via CloudSales 365 by sending product promotions to build a close connection and rapport with customers.

We use CloudSales 365 to cultivate our own private domain and the performance was outstanding. The average selling price of products sold throught this tool was 80% higher than e-commerce platforms and the sales conversion rate was around 10 times the e-commerce platforms’ performance.
