MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME

The Management Trainee programme features a comprehensive two-year development curriculum designed to prepare young talent with professional industry knowledge and project management capabilities across various functions. The programme’s framework comprises four key components: Education, Experience, Exposure, and Evaluation. It offers a variety of diverse learning experiences, including on-the-job training, relevant courses, corporate exposure, all-round development support, project engagement, and performance management.
